Estimated Prices for a Visit
Procedures and imaging are included in these price estimates. Labs, orthotics, durable medical equipment and supplements are not included in price estimates. At Connected Whole Health we support the patient by obtaining and verifying insurance information prior to their appointment. If benefits are not verified prior to the visit, we can collect the full amount at the appointment and verify insurance coverage. If your treatment is in-network and covered, we will reimburse you directly.
New Patient Visit: $150 - $225
Established Patient Visit: $50 - $75
Our costs are the same no matter which clinician you see. Each of our clinicians are in-network with the same carriers so there will be no surprises if you see a new provider.
No insurance or out-of-network? We offer time-of-service options for both uninsured, and those insured but out-of-network.
How long is the average appointment? A new patient visit can take approximately 45-60 minutes, depending on what services are provided. A follow up visit can take approximately 15-30 minutes, depending on the extent of services provided.
